How it works:
1. Fill out a Service Order form with as much detail as possible.
2. Leave your PC and the completed Service Order form at the The UPS Store or participating Mail Boxes Etc. location nearest you.
3. A Computer Troubleshooter will pick up your PC and Service Order Form. The Computer Troubleshooter will contact you within 48 hours with an estimate and service options.
4. When the work is complete your Computer Troubleshooter will notify you and return the PC to this drop-off location.
5. A minimum $25 diagnostic evaluation fee will be charged for all PC’s left at this location (except where instructed otherwise by your Computer Troubleshooter).
6. All work is guaranteed for 90 days unless indicated otherwise.
