This form is to be completed by those that wish to become registered as contractors of Computer Troubleshooters. Computer Troubleshooters does not guarantee that any requests for service will be received in your area and directed to yourself. Requests will be distributed to all suitable registered contractors on a rotation basis until such time that a franchise is opened in the territory. Thereafter all work will be directed to the franchisee.
