Jane Thompson Architect is a small professional office employing five people. We have recently upgraded our office system from two stand alone work stations and a laptop to an integrated network of four work stations and two networked printers. The upgrade included hardware retrofits to our existing machines, and the purchase of a new work station, a new printer/fax/copier as well as networking hardware. Our upgrade also included a network connection to high speed internet through our internet access provider.
We turned to Ms Stevcic and Ms Petkovic of Computer Troubleshooters after reading about their services in the Ottawa Citizen earlier this year. We received excellent advice with regard to upgrading our system hardware and operating system software. The Troubleshooters responded quickly to our needs and our new system was procured, installed and operating within two weeks of placing our final order.
